¿What does the event consist of?

The Business Encounter consists of bringing together the companies in the sector to buy and sell products originating from the forest and their by-products as well as promoting investment projects.

The event is held in one of the rooms of the Centro Banamex, in that way providing the necessary privacy for a business meeting. The participants are allocated a table for four people, the meeting lasts 25 minutes and, if the agenda so permits, they can ask for the time to be extended

• To register, the companies interested only have to fill out their registration form in detail via e-mail.
• They will receive a confirmation e-mail containing their username and password, with which they can enter the system.
• Once in the system, they can perform searches about the companies registered, either by sectors or by the products they are interested in and propose meetings. The system allows the user to check his agenda and print it.

Nota: It is important to arrive punctually on the day and time of your appointments.
